Thakur Satyanarayan (Kapuriya) Temple Trust, Rampur Bushahr (operated under Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Himachal Pradesh), successfully organized its 12th Free Eye Check-up and Cataract Surgery Camp from 28th February to 2nd March 2026.
This camp was conducted entirely free of cost, ensuring that no patient was charged for any service.

Expert Medical Services by Specialized Doctors
A team of experienced doctors from Rotary Eyes Foundation Hospital, Maranda (Palampur), provided their dedicated services during the camp. The team included Dr. Rohit Sharma, Dr. Ashish Gupta, Dr. Sushant, along with their supporting staff.
During the camp, around 1500 patients underwent eye check-ups, and 122 patients successfully received cataract surgeries.


Complete Care and Arrangements for Patients
The Temple Trust ensured proper arrangements for both patients and their attendants. Food and accommodation facilities were provided within the temple premises itself, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the duration of the camp.

Dedicated Volunteers and Community Support
This noble service was made possible through the active participation of the Trust’s office bearers and members. Trainee students from the stitching center run by Seva Bharti, along with around 50 volunteers from Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and Vishwa Hindu Parishad, contributed their services.
Additionally, many generous donors extended financial support to make this initiative successful.
