The Thakur Satyanarayan Kapuria Temple Trust, Rampur—operated under the guidance of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Himachal Pradesh—successfully organized the Community Wedding Ceremony on 7 May 2025.
This noble initiative is dedicated to the marriage of daughters whose mother or father is no longer alive, or whose families, due to financial constraints or other unavoidable circumstances, are unable to arrange their daughter’s or sister’s wedding.
Through the grace of Lord Satyanarayan and the collective efforts of the community, the Trust has so far solemnized the marriages of 51 daughters, ensuring each ceremony is conducted with dignity, respect, and affection.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors and well-wishers of our town who contributed with an open heart. Their support makes this sacred service possible and continues to bring hope to many families.
A warm thank-you is also extended to the many people who attended the ceremony to bless the brides. Their presence and goodwill added immense grace to the occasion.
At the time of bidding farewell, each daughter is lovingly presented with:
- Essential household items
- Kitchen utensils
- Tables and chairs
- Additional useful necessities
- A copy of the sacred Shri Ramcharitmanas
- Sweets
- And a small monetary blessing (shagun)
We pray that Lord Satyanarayan blesses us all with even more strength and ability so that this service to society may continue with the same commitment and devotion in the years to come.
